Dr. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Law (L.L.B.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in criminal law, as well as a Doctor of Law (LL.D.) in constitutional and criminal law. He has served as a Crown Prosecutor and criminal defense counsel, participated as a project consultant with both the Criminal Procedure Project overseen by the Law Reform Commission of Canada, and with the R.C.M.P. Public Complaints Commission.
